My item has not arrived yet, what should I do? (Economy Shipping)

Economy shipping takes about 30 or more days. The reason for the delay may be that your item is being held at your country's customs office. These customs processing times are out of our control and depend on your country's policies. Usually after the item is released, it will get to you in no time. Please be patient for a few more days.

Priority shipping takes about 20 days. However, items can be held at your country's customs office. These customs processing times are out of our control and depend on your country's policies. Please check your tracking information and if you see something unusual, please do not hesitate to contact us.

How long does it take to get an order shipped?

We ​do our best to process your order right when it is placed, however it happens that it may take up to two business days to process when we experience a unusually high quantity of orders in a short period of time.

I cannot select my shipping country at checkout.

Why can't you ship to Switzerland or France?
